Ejector Pins & Sleeves
This animation shows a typical method to ejectthe cooled part from the mold. Round ejector pins are used to force the moldedpart out of the open mold. In this unit you will learn about ejector pin types, their application, and actuation.

Ejector Systems
This animation shows a Pin Type AcceleratedEjector. Accelerated ejectors help to eject molded parts that tend to stick to acore, causing a normal ejector pin set-up to damage and/or stress the ejectedarticle. This unit will cover a few of the typical ejection systems


Early Return Systems

Molding Internal Threads

Mold Plate Control
